Banff Forum XI will be a platform to discuss how Canada can build on its unique strengths and advantages and rise to the global innovation and productivity challenge. We are in the process of assembling an outstanding lineup of speakers to bring this topic to life.

Optional day trip to Kitchener-Waterloo (September 20, 2012)

As a prelude to the conference, the Banff Forum will offer participants the opportunity to spend a day meeting with a few of the most innovative organizations in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, which many consider to be the innovation and entrepreneurship capital of the country. Our goal is to meet with groups that embody innovation in a variety of sectors, including science, technology, not-for-profit, and the arts. We have already scheduled visits and meetings with some exceptional organizations, including the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, Communitech, Capacity Waterloo Region and the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony.
